I have just finished uploading and adding a set of pdf files that are specifically mentioned on the exam. You can find this self-extracting zip file here.

I found great use in the set Kendrick Coleman created for the VCAP-DCA and he saved myself and others a lot of time with individually downloading each one so I thought I would do to the same for the VCAP-DCD. Unlike his though, this is just the official documentation and no links to websites and blogs that add other value in terms of content. In the future I plan to expand the set of content to include those items as well.
